PKK Consulting was established as a limited company in 1997 by Nick Sermon to provide independent IT Consultancy, Interim Management, and Programme & Project Management services.

Nick Sermon has over 30 years experience in the IT industry. His IT career began at British Airways in 1975, before moving to Grand Metropolitan in 1980. In 1994 he left GrandMet to start his own consultancy business, setting up PKK Consulting three years later.

Nick is a member of the following organisations:

• IT Service Management Forum (itSMF)
• Professional Contractors Group (PCG)
